We can not provide personal information about a specific individual on behalf of a customer without their express written instructions.

  • Under the CCPA, Bold Street operates as a Business for all information collected through this Website and as a Service Provider for operation of our Platform.
  • Under the VCDPA, Bold Street operates as a Controller for all information collected through this Website and as a Processor for operation of our Platform.
